The following entities are the Nominators of members of the Board of Directors subject to the By-Laws of the Deer Lake Regional Airport Authority Inc. The Board shall appoint as members each duly designated nominee who meets the qualifications of a member set forth in section 4.2 of the Bylaws.

Terms of Members
All persons appointed as members other than, members appointed pursuant to section 4.8 (Termination of Membership) and 4.9 (Removal of a Member) by the By-Laws, shall be appointed for a term of 4 years.
